| Abstract | 無染色X線マイクロCTは植物組織を非破壊・細胞単位で撮像できるが、細胞壁が低コントラストで密充填のため、少ない注釈で各細胞を分割するのは難しい。本研究はこの少数注釈かつ境界不明瞭な設定に取り組む。細胞壁に依存しないflow系モデルに部分ラベル・一貫性正則化・合成教師データを組み合わせ、少数注釈での分割に対応する。さらに、μCT画像に細胞壁の情報がそもそも乏しく学習が難しいことを定量的に示す。 |
