| Abstract | Reviewing plays an important role in English vocabulary acquisition. However, we tend to overlook the words that were correctly answered without confident. In this research, we estimate confidence in answering English word typing questions to let learners reviewing more effectively. We use keystroke information acquired by a key-logger to estimate the confidence. In order to evaluate the proposed method, we employed the dataset obtained from 12 participants answering 120 questions. From the experimental results on estimating the confidence, the proposed method has achieved the average accuracy of 91.3% in the case of user-dependent learning, and 89.8% in the case of user-independent learning. |
